IRS Construction were initially appointed to the External Wall Insulation framework in 2017, and this appointment was renewed in 2023 through a competitive tendering process. This project is of special importance to the IRS Construction team as it really makes a difference and focuses on real improvements to the people who need it most. through its core principals IRS Construction have created lasting and trusted partnerships with our clients spanning many years. The significance of these works aligns with the Scottish Government's goal of transitioning to a Net Zero society.
This involves creating a low-carbon living environment that not only contributes to environmental sustainability but also substantially reduces heating costs, effectively addressing fuel poverty.
The scope of our involvement spans from the initial site survey and pre-installation building inspection incorporating critical detailing, building warrant submission and completion the process extends through client sign-off and the delivery of comprehensive handover packs.
This contract allows IRS Construction to prove themselves as a trusted and continued partner delivering excellence to the entire country with their trusted expert External wall insulation knowledge which entails a fully mini program of works for these one-off properties which are widespread through the length and breadth of Scotland incorporating the islands, which brings a greater level of logistical challenges which IRS Construction happily embrace.
