The scope of works involved replacing combustible elements in the external façade with non-combustible materials. This includes replacing the external insulation render system, rainscreen panels, glazed spandrels, and timber cladding, along with the associated combustible backings and insulation. Additionally, the project entailed verifying the locations and adequacy of previously installed fire barriers, with potential replacement as needed.
