Why we name them
Two reasons. First, a client is entitled to know who is actually doing what, rather than being told a contractor covers everything and finding out otherwise on site. Second, if we have asked a fire engineer or a structural engineer for their professional judgement, we want their judgement, not a version of it trimmed to fit a fee. We do not rewrite partner quotations and we do not cut partner fees to widen our own margin. That is the difference between a supply chain and a team.
